What is your shipping Policy?

Prints and Reproductions:

• Graphik Dimensions - 15 business days
• (normal 5 bus. day production + 10 bus. days delay)

Reproductions of my original paintings are printed, framed (if applicable) and shipped by ASF/Graphik Dimensions.  In a nutshell, production generally runs about 5 days and shipping takes another 3-7 days.  Pricing is calculated based on weight coefficient of each item.  Here is a link to their site explaining their shipping policies:  https://www.asfprints.com/shipping-and-returns

Original Paintings:

Within the contiguous (lower 48 States), shipping is FREE. 

I will cover the cost for having your artwork professionally packed for shipping, insurance for the replacement value and shipping.  I will ship the paintings within 5 business days.

If you are outside the lower 48 States, please contact me before you place your order so we can make arrangements and I can get an estimate from the shipping company.  Please be aware, shipping outside the contiguous United States will be paid for by the Buyer and will be invoiced separately.  In addition, the Buyer will be responsible for additional charges incurred by customs, duties and taxes.

What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds? 

If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me.  Include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on and I will contact you as soon as possible to see how I can help.

IMPORTANT:  

Keep all packing materials – box and wrappings – until you are positive that your artwork/print is in perfect condition and you are happy with your choice. 

Be sure to use the WALL PREVIEW and the AUGMENTED REALITY features on my website.  In the Wall Preview you can see my paintings in different settings and in the case of prints, in different sizes.  The Augmented Reality allows you to use your phone or tablet to superimpose my paintings right on your own walls! (No App required – it's done thru a link sent to you in an email)  These tools are amazing and help take the guess work out of buying art online. 

Prints and Reproductions:

There’s a 15% restocking fee that is applied for any order canceled or exchanged through me.  (These are fees that I have to pay).

Because prints are special ordered, Graphik Dimensions only provides a no charge replacement or refund for quality issues or in cases of orders damaged in shipping.  In those two cases, they may request the order be returned to them and will provide a return shipping label. 

Other than those two circumstances, print sales are final but I really want you to be happy so I offer an exchange for the purchase price of the print being returned (original shipping charges are NOT covered) - less a 15% restocking fee providing you: 

• Contact me within 7 days of receiving the print
• Repack the print you are exchanging 
• Send it to me within 14 days using either FedX or UPS (Paid by customer)
• Insure it for the full value (Paid by customer) 
• The print must arrive undamaged.  I will take photos of the package and the product before and after I've opened it 
• Once I receive the print in new condition, I will supply you with a gift card code less the 15% restocking fee.  This fee covers the costs I incur when placing orders thru my website.  

Original Paintings:

30 day money back guarantee if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase. 

•  Contact me and return the painting within 30 days of receiving it.

• The artwork must be returned in the original package or professionally packed.  You can take the original packing and painting to a trusted shipping store and have them pack it up for you which might be better if it is damaged during shipping and we have to deal with insurance.
• I recommend you take several pictures of the painting when you drop it off to be packed or before you pack it - just in case there is a problem and we need to deal with the insurance.
• Return shipping is at customer’s expense.
• customer must insure artwork for full purchase price.
• The artwork must be returned undamaged.
• I will take pictures of the package before and after it is opened
• Once I receive the painting I will send you an email within 48 hours confirming it's arrival and, if there are no issues, that the return is being processed.

If your artwork/print arrives and the box is damaged 

• Before opening the package, please PHOTOGRAPH the damaged PACKAGE 
• Open the package to see if the work has been damaged (maybe we'll get lucky!l) but … 
• if the painting/print IS damaged please PHOTOGRAPH the damage to the PRODUCT 
• Contact me within 3 days with the photos, details, and your order number 
• In the case of prints, I will contact Graphik Dimensions.  They provide a refund or a no charge replacement for orders damaged in shipping 
• In the case of paintings, I will contact the shipping company to begin the insurance process. 
• I will keep you in the loop throughout the process.
